Annual Parade & Festival in Tribute to Those Who Serve
How You Can Participate!
It’s hard to believe but planning is well underway for our annual Tribute Festival! The date for this years’ event is Saturday, June 2nd and will once again take place in the Sobeys parking lot. The Tribute parade will start at 11am
There are a number of different ways your business can join us during the event.
  1. Meal Voucher – If your business is a restaurant in the Village on Main, you can participate in the Meal Voucher Program. Each participant in the Tribute Parade will receive a meal voucher. The vouchers are worth $5 and are to be used towards the total of the meal. Each voucher that is turned in at participating restaurants will be reimbursed by the Village on Main for the $5. For example – if 20 vouchers are used at Burger King, The Village on Main will reimburse the restaurant for $100.
  2. Sponsorship - We currently have Sponsorship Opportunities available for both members and non-members of the Village on Main.  One of the benefits of Sponsorship is that it allows you to set up a booth at the Tribute Festival.  This is a great opportunity to introduce your product &/or service to potential new customers! The sponsorship package can be found on our web site.
  3. Parade Participant - The Parade is open to any Veterans Group, Cadet Group, police or fire organizations, guiding and scouting, or other community/volunteer based organizations. If you would like to participate in our Tribute Parade, the Registration Form can be found on our web site.
If you have any questions, or would like additional information, please send an email to sandra@villageonmain.ca
